You know it when you see them- those celebs with AMAZING legs that seem impossible for anyone else to even come close to having. Like how Carrie Underwood can flaunt them on stage during summer concerts or Beyonce who had everyone in awe of at this year's Superbowl.
So what's the secret? Besides their advantages of having fabulous personal trainers and time devoted to awesome workouts, there is a way you, too can make your legs look amazing with just one simple product, Shea Body Butter.
This intense hydration will leave every inch of your skin silky and smooth. Not only does this lotion moisturize and nourish, but also naturally protects the skin with its vitamins and antioxidants. Apply directly after getting out of the shower, and while your legs may not have that instant muscular tone like Carrie or Beyonce, your legs will look radiant and feel celebrity-smooth.

I KNOW I'm not the only one who can't stand It...

You know when you're putting on sunscreen at the beach and you don't have a mirror? You are always afraid of not rubbing it in all the way. Well, it's embarrassing enough pulling out your moisturizer in class, and even more so when you realize you haven't rubbed it all in!
So I figured. It's time to buy a moisturizer that will actually last me an entire day and the only one I have found that could do that was Enza Essential's moisturizers. It was so convenient and easy to apply just once in the morning and once at night, losing altogether the embarrassing in-class application and the half smeared look I was not too thrilled about.
For those of you with really dry skin, I recommend Saturation Herbal Creme- a moisturizer made just for you and that dry skin that won't quit.

Don't Believe in Multi-tasking Products? Think Again.

It's that time of year, when my skin just cracks. Whether it's my elbows, my hands, or my legs, no amount of lotion can keep up with how dry my skin is right now. In my desperation, I tried Enza's NutriGel. After getting out of the shower, I put it on the driest parts of my body- my hands and elbows and it has truly worked wonders!
My skin feels much more refreshed and much less irritated. And get this, the Nutri-Gel is packed with aloe vera. So about that sunburn prone skin (it's the Irish in me, ugh)... Sunburn and sun damage won't stand a chance come summertime!
Sounds like my skin's new best friend.

Hydration for beauty, hydration for soft skin, hydration for anti-aging, hydration for sun damage... the options are endless! This month, you're about to find out just how much water can do for you, your skin and your health.

Throwing out Winter's Leftovers
I know I can't be the only one who is tired of waiting for the snow to stop falling, the temperatures to raise and for my skin finally cheer up! It's March already! I've had just about enough of the freezing weather, the snow and the cold winds that make me and my skin quite irritated.
With Spring on its way (at least we hope so!) it's getting to be that time. Time to slough off the winter damage, time to start my spring skincare routine, and time to put an end to irritating, dry skin that not even my moisturizer can handle much more of. This can only mean one thing--it's time for a Microdermabrasion! The flaky skin I see after I get out of the shower is all the evidence I need to be sure. It is time I do my part in getting rid of the leftovers winter has left with me and prepare myself (and my skin) for springtime!

I've Been Saved!

My sister, Stephanie said the same thing. She started using the Sustaining system products as well. And like me, she had been struggling with dry skin this winter as we do every winter. She said she's noticed a big difference in cleansing her face from the products she used to now the Enza products. As a busy mom, with another on the way, she's been searching for the easiest way to maintain her face throughout the winter, and she's happy to say she's found it. She notices much fewer dry spots, but more than anything, she's noticed improvement in her face.
With winters like these, I'm not sure how I (or my face) would have survived without the products. The Sustaining Glow Creme especially has been an absolute lifesaver for me, keeping dryness and all it's irritations away! I'm looking forward to my picking up another bottle of Sustaining Glow Creme!

Fighting Back to Winter Dryness
As I sit at my desk, applying lotion to my cracking hands every hour or so, I will be the first to commiserate with anyone dealing with dry skin this winter. While my knuckles crack and bleed, my legs look and feel scalier than a fish-- and I can't even begin to describe my knees and elbows.
All my complaints aside, my dry skin has (believe it or not) improved this winter. I've learned more about skin care and finally looked into what I should be doing, besides complaining, to deal with my dry skin. Through a little research, trial and error, here is my list of the best ways to minimize irritated, dry skin.
- Don't take too hot of showers. Although it is one of my favorite ways to de-stress and relax at the end of every day, the hot water can strip the skin of it's oil barrier that naturally softens the skin. If you notice your skin reddened after a shower, that is a sure sign that your skin has already started drying out. Try using lukewarm water instead.
- Watch the blow-dryer. Lately, I've tried to let my hair air-dry before resorting to the extreme heat of the blow-dryer. The skin on your face and neck is thin and extended use of heat from a blow-dryer can break capillaries and permanently dry out and damage those areas.
- Cover up! This winter, I've invested in warm hats, boots, gloves, mittens and scarves just to make sure that the least amount of skin is exposed to the harsh winds and low temperatures. The less your skin is exposed outside, the less it will be affected by the weather.
- Drink water. Water keeps your body hydrated and your skin hydrated. The more your skin is naturally hydrated, the less you will have to use alternatives such as lotions or moisturizers to sooth the dryness.
- Apply moisturizer after showering or bathing. By applying moisturizer to your body right after showering, while the skin is still wet, you can more effectively lock in moisture and maintain it longer.
By making these simple changes in your daily life, you can reduce the amount of irritation caused by dry skin. Although the winter cold may still get the best of your skin, these tips will help you begin your fight back.
